Z57: How long have you been a client, and why Z57?
Ninon: I've only been a client with Z57 for a short time. JP Lagos is the reason I chose Z57. He's amazing! He went above and beyond with helping me with my website choice.
Z57: What are the biggest challenges you face selling real estate in California, and how have you utilized your website to help meet these challenges?
Ninon: The biggest challenge I face in the California Real Estate market is competition. There are so many REALTORS® in California now. I wanted a website that would set me apart from the competition. I wanted something very inviting, user-friendly, and impressive. Z57 has done that for me.
Z57: What types of online marketing do you do, and what are the results you typically see as a result of them?
Ninon: The only online marketing I do is my website. That's it. The results have been remarkable. I'm not sure why I didn't get one sooner!
Z57: What types of traditional marketing do you do, and how do you tie this into your online marketing efforts?
Ninon: The only traditional marketing I do are local newspaper ads. I make sure to include my website address in these ads to help drive traffic to my website.
Z57: Do you follow your website statistics closely, and if so, how do you use this information to improve your website?
Ninon: I do follow my statistics closely. The information my visitors request most often is the home search and property requests. I make sure to keep my listings up-to-date as I know that this is the primary reason people are coming to my website; to search for homes online.
Z57: How do you distinguish yourself from other real estate agents?
Ninon: I distinguish myself from other REALTORS™ with customer service, being always available to my clients, day or night, by my ads and marketing, and by being the "hometown girl". I was born and raised in Modesto!
Z57: You've added a lot of personality to your website, including a Z-Intro, custom imagery, and links to community and school information. What affected your decision to do this and how has this customization changed the way visitors use your website?
Ninon: I wanted my website to be impressive and attractive. I totally used Tia (my Personal Marketing Consultant) and JP with this stuff. I asked for their recommendations as to what would be effective and they did just that! I love what they've done with my website! It's all THEM! They're awesome and outstanding!
Z57: Wow! Describe this relationship with Tia.
Ninon: I LOVE Tia! She is incredible! What I love about having a consultant is she's always thinking about what would make my website better and she's always thinking "outside of the box". She and I hit it off immediately and she is a crucial and integral part of my marketing team.
Z57: What are your thoughts of the future of the real estate industry, especially in the prosperous California market?
Ninon: Although I don't have a crystal ball, I think the California Real Estate market will continue to thrive. I just don't see it slowing down here. I LOVE real estate and our California market is very exciting! Unlike many people who feel our market will slow down soon, I've been hearing that for two years now. Hasn't happened yet and I just don't see that happening. I think we will see a continued demand in our area and that our market will remain strong.
Z57: True, C.A.R. predicts that the California housing market will see a double-digit increase in the median home price and that 2005 sales will moderate to second best year on record.
